About the Practice

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. My background additionally includes neurology and sleep medicine, which deeply informs my understanding of the connection between brain, body, and emotional wellness.

At my practice, I provide personalized psychiatric care for adults across the spectrum of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and challenges related to stress and life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with a focus on self-awareness, resilience, and long-term wellness.

I believe healing happens when we address both mind and body. In addition to psychiatric services, I also offer support for weight management and metabolic health as part of an integrated approach to well-being. These services include prescription-based therapies, incorporating compounded medications prescribed in accordance with state and federal regulations. These tools are thoughtfully integrated to each patient’s care plan to support healthy, sustainable change.

My goal is to help each person feel empowered, balanced, and confident in their journey toward mental and physical wellness. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process; it is a collaboration between patient and practitioner, built on compassion, trust, and understanding.
